It\u2019s not that I don\u2019t attempt to grow it each year, the plants just NEVER produce any fruit. Truthfully, I don\u2019t like zucchini unless it\u2019s deep fried (which I won\u2019t do) or made into bread (which is too much work.)<\/p>\n<p>My neighbor likes zucchini. This is what he delivered from his garden to my kitchen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.trustacrossamerica.com\/blog\/?attachment_id=1676\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1676\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1676\" src=\"http:\/\/www.trustacrossamerica.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Zucchini-300x128.jpg\" alt=\"Zucchini\" width=\"300\" height=\"128\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.trustacrossamerica.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Zucchini-300x128.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.trustacrossamerica.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Zucchini.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>So what does all this have to do with trust?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Organizations take trust for granted. Leaders assume trust just happens. But for organizations to be trustworthy and for stakeholders to trust them, trust must be cultivated.\u00a0 If it\u2019s ignored or overlooked, if it\u2019s not appreciated, if the weeds aren\u2019t pulled, trust will not flourish.
