  2. Bureaucracy is increasing as is the compliance staff<\/li>\n
  3. Closed doors have become the norm, as well as the conversations behind them<\/li>\n

  5. Employees are disengaged and turnover is increasing<\/li>\n
  6. There is more talk and less listening<\/li>\n
