The truth is, &#8220;trust&#8221; is an orphan child simply because most leaders suffer from two false assumptions:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Trust is a soft skill.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Trust can&#8217;t be measured or tied to profitability.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>But our own FACTS(R) \u00a0Framework research paints a very different picture. Trust is NOT soft and it CAN be measured. During the three-year period from February 2013-February 2016 America&#8217;s most trustworthy public companies outperformed the S&amp;P 500 by 1.8x.
