Charles H. Green<\/a><\/strong>, above right, is an author, speaker and world expert on trust-based relationships and sales in complex businesses. Founder and CEO of Trusted Advisor Associates, he is author of\u00a0<\/em>Trust-based Selling<\/a><\/strong>, and co-author of\u00a0<\/em>The Trusted Advisor<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and the\u00a0<\/em>Trusted Advisor Fieldbook<\/a><\/strong>. He majored in philosophy (Columbia), and has an MBA (Harvard).
