Together these cues form a &#8220;Wall&#8221; of Trust to enhance learning and retention.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>In building team and stakeholder trust, we define &#8220;Talent&#8221; as follows:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>We reward moral character &#8211; we hire and promote in alignment with our purpose and values.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Our Trust Alliance members suggest the following discussion questions to elevate talent and build workplace trust.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">How are we promoting, nurturing and rewarding people for their character strengths?<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Is moral character inherent in our job descriptions and employment ads?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>If not, what phrases might we create to capture moral character as a prime company value?
